You can log in to the Faradai Energy Platform with your registered e-mail and perform various operations. Users carry out all operations of the Faradai Energy Platform. Users have roles within the platform. These roles are called User Groups. The Admin user group can perform all operations on the platform and manage and authorize all user groups except that Admin. Other user groups are created by the Administrator and can perform operations specified by the Administrator.

There is a section in the Admin Panel where user groups can be managed. You can follow the steps below to access this section:

  • Step 1: Click the Admin Panel from the My Account dropdown menu on the left.
  • Step 2: Go to the User Management section. From here, you can do all User Management operations.

To invite a new user, you can follow the below steps:

  • Step 1: Firstly, click the ‘**+ Invite User**’ button on the right.
  • Step 2: There are 4 sections that must be filled on the opened window. The first one is E-mail. Write the user's email that you want to invite.
  • Step 3: The second one is Roles/Groups. Select one of the previously created roles as a user role.
  • Step 4: The third one is Dashboards. Mark the boards you want to be visible to the invited user.
  • Step 5: The last one is Point. Select the Points you want to be visible on the user's dashboards while using Point selectors.

Note: If you want to invite a new Admin user all Points will be automatically selected for an invitation.

  • Step 6: Click the ‘Create’ button and invite sent.

Note: User invitations are sent by clicking the ‘***+ Invite User***’ button. If the invitation is accepted by the User, the User will be an Active User, else the User continues to be Pending Invitations.
