In Faradai Energy, some registered users receive alerts about some alarms generated. Registered users who receive alerts are called Recipients. Receivers can be specified individually for each notice. The Notify Users section is used for this.

If you want to configure the Recipients of Alert, follow the steps below:

* **Step 1:** Click on **Admin Panel** from the ***My Account*** drop-down menu on the left.

* **Step 2:** Go to the **Alarm** section; alarms created before are seen here. Here is the **Alarm Management** panel.

* **Step 3:** Go to the Configuration Panel by clicking the Alert you want to configure.
* **Step 4:** Selected users are seen separately in the Notify Users panel for e-mail and mobile apps. From here, you can add or remove users that you want.
