How to Create New Threshold Alert

Step 1: Click the 'Admin Panel' section from the 'try admin' Menu on the top of the screen.

Step 2: Click the "Create New Alert" button under the Alarm tab and select 'Threshold Alert' from the 'Create New Alert' page.

Configuring a Threshold Alert

Step 1: After the Threshold Alert type selection, type the alert title.

Step 2: Go to the Set Alert Scenario part and make the required arrangements.


  • With the threshold alert module, energy, facility, and budget managers can observe many areas such as LPG, water, electricity usage or indoor-outdoor temperature, generator temperature, and pressure.
  • With these observations, you can sort data according to AverageTotal and Last Data metrics.
  • The "Is" box helps you understand whether the values ​​of the field you selected are certainly less than or greater than.
  • The "During" box determines the time of the selected area. You can choose all times, operating hours, weekdays, or others.

Step 3: Specify the Locations where you want the alarm to work in the Point section. You can use Tags for a more accessible selection.

Step 4: Specify the necessary users to notify by e-mail and mobile app using the "Recipients" dropdown box. Specify the notification frequency(once, daily, weekly, monthly) using the “When" dropdown box.
