* **Step 1:** To delete a facility from the organization list, click on the list to enter the facility to be deleted.
* **Step 2:** On the Facility screen, click the delete button on the right of the page.
* **Step 3:** A warning screen will appear. To delete, you can continue on this screen by pressing the delete button again. The facility you selected will be deleted from the organization list.
