Excel prepared for Batch Data Entry must be restored to the platform.
- Step 1: When you prepare the spreadsheet, the saved excel file must be uploaded to the platform. For this, the file upload icon on the platform is selected.
- Step 2: When you select the excel file you want to upload from your computer and click the Open option, it is downloaded again to your computer at the beginning of the same file name, expressing the success of the upload status.
Failed Data Entry
Your browser may not allow downloading the excel file. Please make sure your browser allows downloading files.
If the file downloaded to your computer is loaded with the phrase "Incorrect Data Entry" at the beginning of the name, this statement indicates that the data entry was unsuccessful. To fix the problem;
Step 1: Open the excel file that has been reinstalled on your computer. In the file, there will be an explanation of what caused the errors in the line of the state or conditions that caused the error in the data entry.
The situations that cause the error can be as follows:
If there are spaces or errors in the code, location, or location type fields,
If the Start or End Date is entered in the wrong format,
If some of the columns are left blank and missing data is entered,
If a negative value is entered,
If the decimal/thousand separator is entered incorrectly,
If the dates do not follow each other or overlap,
The data will not be successfully uploaded to the system.

- Step 2: When the edits are made according to the errors given above and the saved file is uploaded to the platform again, the name of the document is downloaded to your computer under the title of Successful Data Entry. If there are still errors, the mentioned operations should be done again.
Unless the errors in excel are corrected, no data in excel will be loaded.
