In the yearly report, you can examine your activity - data sources by location.
There are different tabs in the downloaded excel for each source. Activity data and cost data information are given for each location on a yearly basis. The meanings of some of the nomenclatures in the columns and rows are given below;

| Location | Displays the location/building name. |
| Activity | Indicates which type of activity the location belongs to. |
| Status | Shows the open/closed status of the location. |
| Country | Shows which country the location is in. |
| Area | Area of the relevant location. |
| People | Shows how many people are registered to the location |
| Consumption | Shows the yearly consumption of the location. |
| Cost | Shows the cost according to the yearly consumption of the location. |
| Unit Price | Calculates how much cost per unit consumption. |
Downloading Yearly Report
- Step 1: Click the Reports icon on the left-hand navigation bar.
- Step 2: A small selection panel will appear, from here select the report format you want to download as a yearly report.
- Step 3: After clicking, the report file download process starts. The file is automatically downloaded to your computer.
The data of all years registered to the platform will be written in the report.
