Here's what each status means:
When a question is marked as "Approved," the reviewer has reviewed and accepted the responder's answer to the question. The question is now considered complete and will not require any further changes.
When a question is marked as "Declined," the reviewer has reviewed the responder's answer and found it unsatisfactory or inaccurate. The responder will need to re-answer the question and mark it as "In Progress" until the reviewer approves the new answer.
These statuses aim to provide transparency and accountability in the disclosure process. By having designated reviewers and an explicit approval or decline process, companies and organizations can ensure that the disclosures they receive meet their standards and are accurate and complete.
