The disclosure responder is the assignee responsible for collecting information and filling out the relevant response fields for a given question. When the disclosure responder completes the questions, they are moved to the "Review Request" section for the disclosure reviewer to provide feedback and approve the responses.

The disclosure reviewer is responsible for reviewing the questions the responder has submitted. The reviewer is tasked with providing feedback, requesting changes, and ultimately approving or declining the questions.
