Once logged in, you must customize your account by providing essential details. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the Customisation Section:

  • After logging in, go to the "Customisation" section of the portal.

In the Customisation section, you can make adjustments related to Branding and GHG Reports (PDF Format).

Step 2: Fill in Required Information:

🛠️ In Branding, hit the Edit button at the top-right corner. You can add your Company Name, Product Name, Domain Name, Address, Logo and Favicon details from there.

  • Company Name: Enter the official name of your company. This is a mandatory field required for compliance with our privacy policy. The company name will be used for identification purposes and appear in all PDF reports generated by the platform.
  • Product Name: Enter the name of your product. This name will be displayed in the email invitations sent to users, helping them recognize the product and associate it with your company.
  • Domain Name: Choose and enter a unique domain name for your product. This field is mandatory and essential for setting up your access point to the platform. After saving this information, our team will be notified to approve your domain. Once approved, you will use this domain to log in to the platform.
  • Company Address: Provide the full address of your company. This information is necessary to complete your account setup and ensure accurate company representation.
  • Logo: Upload your company’s logo. The logo will be prominently displayed on the login pages of the platform, reinforcing your brand identity.
  • Favicon: Upload a favicon for your product. This small icon appears in the browser tab when users visit your domain. This enhances the branding of your product and provides a professional appearance.

By following these steps and providing the necessary information, your partner portal will be fully set up and customized. Once the domain account is approved, you can use the platform to invite users to join and interact with your product.
