Instead of downloading the file you want to your computer and uploading it again, you can paste URL from Youtube or Vimeo source.
The first option is the paste URL box that you will see in the source files step when creating an order. After pasting the link of the file here, you can upload it by clicking the "add" button.
The second option is to paste the URL on the popup loading screen that appears when you upload from the projects section and press the Upload button.
