If you wish to contact our Project Management team, simply navigate to the left-hand side menu and click Support.

On the Support menu, you can create help tickets by using the +Add Ticket button.

To create a ticket, it’s mandatory to enter a Title, select a Category (such as sound problem, sync error, suggestion), and enter Details. When you’re done, click the Create Ticket button.

Feel free to write to us for any issues and suggestions.

This will open a window where you can fill in the details of your message. Created tickets are listed on the Support menu. After creating a ticket, you can click the related row to access the Ticket Detail chat where you can further explain your request.

Another great perk is that you can record videos about the issues you’re having and send it via chat to our Project Management to be reviewed. You can easily upload videos about your ticket.
