If you forgot your login password and want to reset it, you can reset your account password from the Exzi website or App. Please follow the steps below. Please note that for Security purposes, no withdrawals are permitted for 24 hours after resetting your password.
Go to www.exzi.com and click [Login].
Please click "Forgot your password?" on the login page.
- Enter your registered E-mail address or registered phone number, then click to verify, please complete the puzzle and click the “Continue” button.
- Please check your mailbox/phone for the password reset request email and click “CONFIRM” on the email you received.
- Enter your new password and click “Continue”.
- Please note the Password field must contain at least 8 chars: uppercase (A-Z), lowercase (a-z), digits (0-9)
- Your password has been reset successfully. Please use the new password to log in to your account.
