To enhance security of your Exzi account, we strongly advise that you activate one of the available Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) options.
How to Bind Google 2FA
*Google 2-Step Verification is employed for managing your Exzi account activities.
Download Google Authenticator App on your phone. IOS users should download the app from the App Store, Android users should download it from the Google Play Store.
Step 1. Log into your Exzi account and click the avatar on the upper right corner and select "2FA Security" in the drop-down menu.
Step 2. You will find your 2FA Security Settings, to enable Google 2-Step verification, please click on "Enable" button.
Step 3. Next, you will see a QR code and a 16-digit key on the screen. Please write down this 16-digit key and store it in a secure location. You will need this if you lose or replace your phone, or accidentally uninstall Google Authenticator.
Open the Google Authenticator app on your phone and scan the QR code, or enter the 16-digit key manually. You should see a 6-digit code on your app.
To activate Google 2FA for your account, input the 6-digit code from your Authenticator, provide the confirmation code sent to your email, and then click on the [confirm] button.
You have successfully enabled a new 2FA Authenticator.
