We recommend getting in touch with the support team of the sending platform, as it's quite likely that your transfer wasn't successful. Once your transfer is successful, a TXID (Transaction ID) will be generated.

Your deposit will be credited successfully once the transaction meets the minimum required network confirmations. Please be patient and await the necessary number of confirmations on Blockchain.

If there are enough confirmations for your transaction, we kindly ask you to revisit your account in 2-3 hours. Occasionally, our system may require additional time to accurately register your deposit.
